Architectural / TOPO

An architectural survey provides an “as constructed” detailed floor plan to help determine how the homeowner and architect will develop renovation plans to integrate with your existing home.

Topographical Surveys or “topo” are used to create 2-dimensional mapping of the ground and existing features such as trees, waterbodies, buildings, road, overhead and ground level utilities.  This type of survey is used to create a base map for design purposes used by engineer, architects, etc.
