9 Mile Ranch

Nine
Mile Ranch,
the first major project of Northwest Geodimensions was a 7000 acre
subdivision located near Oroville Washington. The project consisted of a 24
section cadastral survey, topography mapping, road location and design, and
lot design. New GPS along with conventional equipment was needed to
undertake this project with speed and accuracy.

Client: Eagle Hardware & Garden, Inc. Location: Wenatchee, Washington
Eagle
Hardware in Wenatchee consisted of all phases of construction staking and
related surveying. Northwest Geodimensions was responsible for site
control, building construction grid, elevations, and property boundary.
This project demanded stringent accuracy requirements which we proudly
achieved through the use of both GPS and conventional equipment procedures.

Client: Jerry Schofield Location: Chelan, Washington
Bear
Mountain Ranch, located near the city of Chelan overlooks the beautiful Lake
Chelan in North Central Washington. Bear Mountain Ranch is an
exclusive golf course and residential project within a 1,443 acre site.
Northwest Geodimensions is involved with all aspects of the project from its
conception to the present. Work on the project includes cadastral
surveying, lot design, project and drawing coordination, planning, and
construction staking. Northwest Geodimensions currently is the central
repository for drawings and coordination between management, engineers, and
architects involved with the project.
Client: Fargo Development Company Location: East Wenatchee, Washington
Briarwood
Subdivision located in East Wenatchee included a total of 9 phases.
Northwest Geodimensions responsibilities included topography and boundary
suveying, maintaining both horizontal and vertical site control, lot and
road design, construction calculations and staking, and project
coordination.
